The Planning and Zoning Committee (P&Z) is made up of volunteers from Mammoth. They are dedicated people who contribute their time and energy to help fellow residents with planning and zoning issues. Even though they are not paid town employees, they are considered to be officials of the town. They also have helpful resources available to them from our town and Pinal County.
The committee meets the first Wednesday of each month @ 6:00 PM and the public is encouraged to attend.
If you want the committee to address an issue during a meeting, you will have to complete an Agenda Action Form (see below) and submit it to Town Hall no later than the Wednesday prior to the meeting.

Use this for issues such as Variance, Permits, and all zoning requests. The Chairperson will review all forms prior to setting the agenda for the meeting.
PZ COMPLAINT FORM Click on this link to download and print the complaint form. After completing the form, submit it to the front office at Town Hall. Use this form if you have a complaint against a property in the Town of Mammoth. The P&Z Chairperson will review each form and may reach out to the submitter to get more information.
